I founded RN Associates (RNA), a Los Angeles based premier executive search firm, following a twelve year career with two of the top three global firms. The executive search profession seldom provides opportunities for relocation. Despite the uphill challenge involved while going against this norm, I sought meaningful transfers internationally as I wished to broaden my horizons and understand intricate leadership and talent issues on an international scale. As a result, my career with these firms spanned the diverse geographies of Asia Pacific before I decided to settle down and establish myself in Southern California. Prior to my executive search career, I held positions in sales, marketing and human resources in the top quartile of Fortune 500 companies within the Consumer Goods and Services sector. My career before earning an MBA was spent in the Hospitality industry, managing sales for hotels, travel and tourism.

Upon becoming one of the youngest partners with one firm, a quality award winner with the other firm and successfully completing over three hundred senior level, executive search assignments, I wished to contribute and problem solve in ways that would allow me to operate at my full potential. I had gathered client and talent feedback and as an outcome of this extensive listening exercise, decided to offer a unique solution that would combine the personalized care of a boutique with the best practices orientation of a big corporation. And RNA was born…
