I founded RN Associates (RNA), a Los Angeles headquartered executive search and succession planning firm, following a twelve year career with two of the top three global firms, Spencer Stuart and Korn/Ferry International. I sought meaningful relocations internationally prior to making Los Angeles my home. This international understanding has become a huge strength for RNA while servicing critical client needs in North America; our global understanding assists our clients with their goals in today’s competitive business environment.
Upon becoming one of the youngest partners with one firm, a quality award winner with the other firm and successfully completing over three hundred senior level, executive search assignments, I wished to contribute and problem solve in ways that would allow me to operate at my full potential. The overall leadership quality of client organizations became my primary concern. Sometimes the best solution lies in hiring a leader from outside and in other situations untapped potential within a client organization may need to be better realized. Of importance is an informed decision process.
Prior to my executive search career, I held positions in sales, marketing and human resources in the top quartile of Fortune 500 companies within the Consumer Goods and Services sector. My career before earning an MBA was spent in the Hospitality industry, managing sales for hotels, travel and tourism. Grounded in classical training, The RNA business model combines the innovation and personalized care of a boutique with the best practices orientation of a big corporation. RNA’s values reflect quality, innovation, trust and nimbleness.
