OUR APPROACH

RNA works on a retained basis to ensure exclusivity to client assignments. Retained search also ensures transparency and a coordinated message in the marketplace, allowing us to represent our client’s brand effectively.

The RNA search process is designed to provide clients with counsel, efficiency, closure and peace of mind. Candidates are developed and managed carefully with an objective to leave a positive impression of our client’s brand even when we have to dissappoint someone by communicating a negative outcome. By taking this sensitive approach we build lasting relationships for ourselves as well as our client organizations.

Step One
RNA sets predetermined goals in consultation with the client after a detailed understanding of the client’s needs. This includes determining fixed fees and defining the timeline for the assignment.

Step Two
RNA recommends a search strategy which includes a target list from where potential talent will be sourced. We evaluate several candidates and present only those shortlisted as the most qualified and best suited for our client’s needs.

Conclusion
RNA conducts reference and educational checks and plays a critical role in the negotiation involved with the selected candidate’s compensation package, as well as the disengagement process from the candidate’s current organization.
