Summer Reading Suggestions from the team at RNA:
 |
First Family, by David Baldacci. This book is gripping from page one and you can almost not blink until the book ends. It takes place in the US and portrays the obsession with power, how people will do anything to keep power. Aside from the complex politics and scandals I enjoyed the problem solving around the many plots in the book — Matt Sauer |

The 4-Hour Workweek, by Timothy Ferris. This book preaches the concept of "Lifestyle Design", the art of building automated income through outsourcing and intelligent planning; giving you freedom to travel and live life to the fullest — Brian Shaffer

Eat, Pray, Love, by Elizabeth Gilbert. Captures the cultural trilogy of Italy, India and Indonesia and the themes of emotional alignment. On a visit to India last year, the Pray sections were being shot at an ashram in Gurgaon, with the film crew from Hollywood resident for several weeks, it was hard to find a hotel room even on LA rates! Good idea to read before the movie is released this summer — Romasha Nath |

Shadow of the Wind, the English translation of Carlos Ruiz Zafón's La sombra del viento, set in post Spanish Civil War Barcelona, is particularly exciting for the constant suspense and the way the author tied the story segments together to keep the reader intrigued till the end — Roger Moore |
 |
The Moviegoer, by Walker Percy. It is a great piece of Southern literature about the existential search for meaning in the banality of everyday life — Kelly Pokress |
