Fixed
Fees: We are a retained executive search
firm. Depending upon the complexity of the assignment and
the overall effort involved, we set an up front fixed fee
which is decided in advance with our client. This consultative approach
enables us to remove unnecessary costs and limit overhead
expenses for our clients.
